Dear Family, Friends and random person who stumbled here,
I am ok. I am not suicidal, traumatized or calling out for help. I was just in the mood to write something more serious and did so. I really do appreciate your concern and if you know me well enough to have my number you are very welcome to call me if you're still not sure everything is ok.
